Bioinformatics analyst at the Genomics Lab
Job Description:
We are looking for a bioinformatics analyst to help in developing pipelines and conducting analyses of RNA and DNA sequencing data, integrating multiple sources of functional information and elaborating detailed reports of the results.

Skills and Experience
The candidate should have a degree in the life sciences with demonstrated experience in bioinformatics. More concretely, analysis of DNA and RNA sequences, analysis of RNA expression, integration of molecular databases, processing of high-throughput sequencing data. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Benefits of the opening
We offer a six months, part-time contract (30hrs/week), with a yearly gross salary of 17.500 EUR.
