Related to Chemistry, Biology, Bioinformatics or Biotechnology Degrees
The candidate will join a project aiming at constructing the largest integrated public database of small molecules covered by patents. The cost of the contract is subsidized by the State Research Agency.

Tasks: The candidate will be responsible for the development of novel computational methods to analyze patent data and offer the results to users. He/she also will work on the Management and processing small-molecule databases such as SureChEMBL.
Studies: Degree in chemistry, biology, bioinformatics or biotechnology.
Experience: Good chemoinformatics background is desirable. Good scripting and programming skills (Python) is required.
Knowledge: Knowlegde on Linux, Python, scripting languages and small-molecule databases. A high English level is a must.
Part time schedule (20 hours/week).
