Technical position at the Integrative Bioinformatics Group, at the Research Programme on Biomedical Informatics
Bioinformatic profile
Tasks:
Development of beacon and web services for the DisGeNET platform and its integration in the infrastructure to be developed in the context of the VEIS Project.
Studies:
Higher Degree Training Course (CFGS) in Web application development (bioinformatic profile).
Experience:
Expertise in the development web applications, web services and database manager will be an asset.
Knowledge:
Programming languages: Java, PHP, Perl, Python, R, Javascript, Oracle PL / SQL, bash, html, CSS3 and Technologies: RESTful services, AngularJS, JQuery, Laravel, Apache Marven, Bootstrap 3 and 4, Cytoscape App development / Databases: MySQL, Oracle / Operating systems: Windows, Linux (Debian / RPM).
Additional:
Good english level.
