GRIB participates in the "VII Annual Meeting of Technology and Knowledge Transfer Networks" of CIDEM

The Research Unit on Biomedical Informatics (GRIB/IMIM-UPF) has participated in the "VII Annual Meeting of Technology and Knowledge Transfer Networks" which took place in the World Trade Center of Barcelona on the 13th of June, organized by the Centre for Innovation and Business Development (CIDEM) of the Catalan Government.

This event joined members of the different networks of CIDEM (the Technological Innovation Network, the Technology Springboard Network, the PIC Network, the Technology Advisers Network, the Private Investors Network, the Technology Centres Network, and the Technology Dissemination Centres Network) and enterpreneurs and University staff.

The novelty of this edition has been the "Innovation Space", where the people present could have a "face to face" with the research groups of the different Networks of CIDEM in order to know each other better and try to stablish future collaborations.

The GRIB has taken advantage of this opportunity having a "face to face" with the Medicine Development Service (SDM), the Bio Analytics, Pharmacology and Proteomics (BAPP) and the Proteomics and Bioinformatics Service (SEPBIO).

Mr Joan Josep Berbel, the Industry Secretary of the Catalan Government and CIDEM Director, closed the "VII Annual Meeting of Technology and Knowledge Transfer Networks".
